Featured Local Suppliers

The Island Taste Trail celebrates the incredible network of local producers, farmers, fishers, and makers whose ingredients and products bring Vancouver Island’s food scene to life. When you dine at participating restaurants and eateries, you’re tasting the result of a community that grows, harvests, crafts, and brews close to home. Supporting local means more than enjoying fresh, high-quality food — it keeps dollars in our communities, strengthens local supply chains, and helps preserve the unique Island character we all love.

The restaurants, cafés, breweries and wineries participating in this year’s Island Taste Trail are proudly supporting the following local foodie businesses through their menus. Each feature pairing you try during the campaign period from October 29 to November 16 supports one or more of these great local businesses!

This promotion is all about growing your local impact and strengthening Vancouver Island’s vibrant community food web!
