Cuckoo’s Trattoria & Pizzeria offers authentic Italian dining on central Vancouver Island in the beautiful small town of Coombs, just minutes from Parksville and Qualicum Beach. Head Chef Fausto Bellicini, born and raised in Italy, brings his vast knowledge and expertise of the Italian kitchen to Vancouver Island. Paired with Golden Honey Ale from Wolf Brewery in Nanaimo, brewed using raw Honey from Fredrich’s Honey Farm in Cedar.
