The Bistro restaurant makes it easy to enjoy a great casual dining experience without leaving the hotel. Hotel guests can start their day with a Starbucks coffee and healthy options for breakfast.

A dinner menu, cocktails and beer are offered at night.

Snuneymuxw band is also the part owners of our hotel and we want to represent that by offering this menu to our community.

The features were developed by working with the First Nation associates at the hotel and our Chef from Cornwall, UK. The goal of the menu is to showcase and respect the history, traditions & values of the First Nation of Snuneymuxw and other Indigenous bands of B.C.
